3. SMS MESSAGING TERMS
3.1 Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and giving your verbal consent to opting into our SMS service, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Aphrodite Bookkeeping and Accounting. This consent is not required to purchase our services. To opt out text "STOP" To get more information test "HELP" to any message.
3.2 Types of Messages
You may receive the following types of messages:

  • Appointment reminders and confirmations

  • Important account notifications

  • Tax deadline alerts

  • Responses to your inquiries

3.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences. You may receive up to 10 messages per month during tax season and up to 5 messages per month during non-peak periods.

Standard message and data rates apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. We are not responsible for carrier charges.
3.5 Opt-Out Instructions
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by:

  • Replying "STOP" to any text message

  • Calling us at 907-772-2332

  • Emailing us with your opt-out request

After you send "STOP," we will send you a confirmation message and you will not receive further messages unless you opt back in.
3.6 Help
For help with SMS services, reply "HELP" to any text message or call 907-772-2332.
3.7 Supported Carriers
Our SMS service is supported by major U.S. carriers including Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Service may not be available on all carriers.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate and current information when using our services or opting into SMS communications.
4.2 Mobile Phone Ownership
You must own or have authorization to use the mobile phone number you provide for SMS services.
4.3 Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services for:

  • Missed appointments due to message delivery problems

  • Third-party carrier fees or charges
